Silver Oaks Behavioral Hospital recognizes the unique challenges many women face on a day-to-day basis. Past or current trauma, stress from family responsibilities, compounded by complications from mental or medical health concerns, may make it difficult for a woman to lead a healthy and happy life.

This webinar will address how to help people who are reluctant to admit they may be having issues with their mental health and will instead try and mask their symptoms in order to not talk about what’s really going on with them.

This webinar will address the decrease in women’s admissions to the hospital even though it seems they are struggling with more depression and how women may be ignoring their own needs and mental health symptoms.
