According to the American Cancer Society, colon cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death in the United States. Starting at age 50, men and women who don’t have a history of polyps or colon cancer should have a colonoscopy every 10 years. To encourage patients to get this vital test, Gatto’s Restaurants is giving patients a $20 Gift Certificate when they have a screening colonoscopy at Silver Cross Hospital between March 1 to Sept. 30, 2015.
