On Saturday, May 9th, the New Lenox Area Historical Society will be hosting an Open House at Schmuhl School on Rt.30 and School House Road from 10:00 am-2:00 pm. All are welcome to come and tour our own area one-room schoolhouse. The school is set up for the student field trips where they come to spend a day and learn how school was in the 1930s.
