9 AM - 12 PM: NLPD will be on-site providing FREE child photo ID cards with digital thumbprints.
9 AM - 11 AM: Santa Claus will be visiting & passing out candy canes. Children can even have their picture taken with Santa! Parents will receive the digital photo file for FREE to print or share online.
