Lori Thompson from H&R Block will provide an overview of the Small Business Jobs Act of 2010 Tax Provisions. She will cover the provisions, the impact that these provisions have on the business and the individual, the effective dates for the provisions, what the taxpayer needs to do in order to adhere to the new provisions and whether or not the impact to the taxpayer is negative or positive.
