Brad is the Employee Benefits Practice Leader at Wine Sergi Insurance.  With nearly a decade of industry experience under his belt, Brad has seen the evolution and transformation of the Employee Benefits space.  With a passion for technology, entrepreneurship, and following rules, he is in an excellent position to help employers and their employees as Health Care Reform continues to change the rules, and new efficiencies emerge through technology platforms.
Throughout his career, Brad has become an expert in strategic plan designs (including consumer-driven products), defined contribution models, legislative compliance, and employee wellness initiatives.  He is a regular guest speaker at industry trade groups and associations on the topic of the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
