Fit While You Sit
An informative and interactive lunch and learn where attendees will learn how to increase productivity, energy, and vitality in the workplace by having correct posture while you sit. The workshop will also focus on correct ergonomic workplace safety, layout, and the importance of proper bending, lifting, squatting, and carrying.
