Bus Trip: Waitress at Paramount Theater

What is more American than apple pie? "Waitress" tells the story of Jenna, a small-town waitress and skilled pie maker, who feels trapped in a loveless marriage. After an unexpected pregnancy, she seeks love and acceptance while pouring her emotions into her unique pies, reflecting her struggled with names like "I Hate My Husband Pie." The narrative explores her journey to find happiness amidst societal expectations, with support from customers and a handsome, new doctor. Based on the 2007 film and featuring music by Sara Bareilles, the musical has received four Tony Award nominations. attendees will enjoy a catered lunch before the show, with the fee covering transportation, ticket, and lunch.
