Everyone should be aware of the risk factors for Type 2 Diabetes.  On American Diabetes Association Alert Day, take the one-minute Diabetes Risk Test and found out if you are at risk for Type 2 diabetes and non-fasting, finger-stick blood glucose checks will be available.  The Diabetes Risk Test asks users to answer simple questions about weight, age, family history and other potential risk factors for pre-diabetes or Type 2 diabetes, and prevention tips are provided for everyone to takes the test.  This event is FREE and registration is not required.  FREE parking in the garage located off Springfield.
